Microwaves speed the process of the baseball glove break in because the leather is pre heated which makes the glove prone to customly fit on your hand.It also makes the leather stronger and gives a nice little shine to the glove.Repeat this process at least twice a week and stop when you feel the glove isnt stiff anymore.Theirs many ways to do this you can steam, bake it, and microwave your glove. I recomend microwaving your glove because it is faster and convinient. you want to microwave it from 10-30 seconds.
